Kathy Marena

Creative Director: During Kathy Marena’s 20 years of large advertising expertise, in positions from Studio Manager to Executive Creative Director, Kathy has gained in-depth expertise across virtually every business sector. Her commitment to client service and creative excellence is the foundation for her to create exceptionally powerful, results-driven communications materials for clients who don’t have the huge budgets necessary to get the full attention of a large advertising agency.

Kathy taught at Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in the Advertising Design and Computer Graphics departments while holding Executive Creative Director positions. She has created, designed, and produced hundreds of marketing and ad campaigns for high-end real estate, healthcare, technical and educational companies as well as highly visible retail and corporate accounts such as Century 21 Department Stores, Staples, IBM, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Chase Manhattan Bank, Flatiron Restaurant Group, Sagaponack Grill, Madeline’s Catering and the Opera Gallery to name a few. She is recognized as an innovative package designer working with top names such as Johnson & Johnson, Warner Lambert, Revlon, and Kobayashi Healthcare.

Kathy’s work has won numerous awards including The International TV & Film Festival Bronze and Gold awards for McDonald’s and Martin Marietta Aerospace, the Mobius International Advertising Award for PriceWaterhouse, and ADDY awards for the Hudson Tea Building and RiverPlace brochures.

Kathy is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts in Media Arts, Design, Advertising and earned her undergraduate in AAS, Advertising Design at Fashion Institute of Technology. (Kathy is the CEO of www.marenastudios.com)
