Events Director: Judy has been in the real estate industry for over 17 years. She first received her real estate license when she was 18, leading to her subsequent pursuit of real estate ventures in appraisal, mortgages, construction project management, sales, and franchising. Throughout her career and the twists and turns of the economy, networking and referrals have played an essential role in her survival and eventual success.

In 2009, Judy signed on with www.GreenPearlEvents.com, where she helped the company in its transition from a producer of casual industry networking events to a conference and media powerhouse. Ryan Slack, GreenPearl’s CEO and also founding CEO of PropertyShark.com, mentored Judy in all aspects of event production, planning, sales, and perhaps most importantly successful image and brand management.
